Terms of Service

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in email secure, and connect only accounts or workspaces you are authorized to manage. Owners are responsible for members, roles, approvals, and agent access.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for your content, schedules, instructions, and compliance with applicable law and each provider's terms. You may not use the service for unauthorized access, spam, fraud, engagement manipulation, rights violations, prohibited scraping, malware, unlawful surveillance, or attempts to bypass provider review.

Your content

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant MasterMediaHub a limited permission to store, reformat, schedule, transmit, display, and measure content only to provide the services you request.

APIs and third-party services

Social media features depend on APIs, permissions, account types, regions, quotas, reviews, and provider availability. Providers may change or discontinue access. MasterMediaHub will present status reasonably but cannot guarantee that a provider will accept or distribute every post.

Automation and AI

AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed according to risk. You decide whether an agent may observe, draft, submit for approval, or schedule approved content. You remain responsible for your configuration and use of the output.

Plans and payments

Pricing, taxes, billing periods, quotas, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are shown at checkout or in the applicable agreement. Paid features become active after payment is successfully verified. If payment fails, new work may be limited while billing, data access, and deletion remain available according to policy.

Suspension and termination

We may limit service to protect accounts, users, providers, or systems from security risks, violations, overdue charges, or legal demands. You may stop using the service and request deletion under the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided subject to availability and applicable legal limits. Specific commercial terms, SLAs, limitations of liability, indemnities, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution follow the applicable order form or subscription agreement.
