Privacy Policy
Effective August 22, 2026.
Data we process
We process account identity and email, workspace membership and roles, content and media you upload, briefs, approvals, schedules, provider account identifiers, OAuth permissions, encrypted credentials, delivery status, available analytics, device and session information, security logs, billing data, and support communications.
Why we process data
We use data to authenticate users, provide workspaces, connect accounts you are authorized to manage, create and approve content, perform requested publishing, display engagement and analytics, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, restore service, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.
Provider and Google data
When you select a channel, the required content and metadata are sent to that provider. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google OAuth is only used for connected Google and YouTube features and is separate from MasterMediaHub email sign-in.
Agentic AI
If a workspace enables Agno, OpenClaw, or another runtime, it receives only the context and tools allowed by policy for the assigned task. Social tokens, payment secrets, and database access are never provided to models. AI output can require human approval before any external action.
Data sharing
We share data only with providers you select, infrastructure and communication services needed to operate the service, professional advisers bound by confidentiality, or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Security and retention
We use server-side sessions, roles, auditing, credential encryption, one-time challenges, webhook verification, and access controls. Data is retained while an account or workspace is active and afterward only as needed for security, billing, backups, disputes, or legal obligations. Specific periods may be stated in the applicable service agreement.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect providers, revoke access in provider settings, request access to or correction of your data, and request deletion subject to legal limits. See the data deletion process.
